As a dancer working out has always been important to me – I am constantly trying new classes! At school I discovered Bulldog Yoga, a yoga studio that offers three different types of practices – Activate, Invigorate, and Exhilarate. Although I’ve done yoga before, Bulldog has a one-of-a-kind blend of fitness-fueled yoga that I just can’t get enough of!
- Activate is all about flexibility and strength, the hallmarks of bulldoggers. These types of classes are set to calm yet energetic music that allows you to work your whole body in a dynamic “slow flow” class
- Invigorate is a full-body workout. These classes are both stimulating and aerobic, challenging your body to flow through a “power” class.
- Exhilarate is an invigorate class “dialed up,” with more cardio and strength challenges. Exhilarate classes combine fitness-oriented yoga with plyometrics and resistance band training.
The reason why I am so drawn to Bulldog Yoga is because each and every instructor focuses on your individual needs. They are there to make yoga more approachable and accessible… and Bulldog has just launched their very own ONLINE CLASSES!! Now you can flow anywhere you go (literally). For college students like myself, Bulldog’s online classes are the perfect opportunity to stay #BulldogStrong no matter where you are for the summer.
The unique and energetically spirited environment along with its kick-ass music makes for an incredible yoga experience! For more information on Bulldog Yoga and their online classes, click here!
Not only do I love to workout… I also love adding personalized Keep Collective bracelets to my look to motivate me! I wear my Namaste charm in rose gold to channel positive energy on and off the yoga matt. I normally pair this charm with a single leather band in reversible blush/champagne. I also wear my mini Geo Bar in turquoise to encourage good relationships in my life. For this specific look I paired this charm with a single leather band in reversible saddle/black and added a gold hearts bar charm and gold arrow charm. I also added my Keep Collective beaded necklace and wore it as a bracelet.
