Wedding Guest Dress Code

This past weekend I attended a wedding down the shore with my boyfriend. The venue was entirely outdoors, surrounded by open fields and a lake. I knew it was going to be H-O-T outside, so I decided to wear a lace halter dress from Francesca’s. I love how comfortable it is, and the peach coloring was perfect for the affair! For shoes I wore my melon cutout lace-up wedges that are also from Francesca’s. The peep-toe and cutout design added just the right amount of edge to my girly sundress outfit. Of course my gold frame Ray-Ban Aviator Sunglasses added the perfect finishing touch for this beautiful sunny occasion!

For a bag I used my Louis Vuitton EVA cross-body. I absolutely love cross-body bags, especially when I’m out at events like weddings because I can carry everything hands-free! This specific bag is extremely versatile. It comes with a short chain and a cross shoulder strap – and you have the option to disconnect both and carry it as a clutch. For this wedding I decided to stick to the cross shoulder strap so I could be hands free with a casual look.

I wore a stack of brown and grey bracelets on my one wrist and on my other I wore a Keep Collective double leather band in reversible champagne/cool grey. For Charms I added a large pave arrow in turquoise, a gold family tree, a rose gold pave cross, and a gold hearts bar. I thought that these charms were perfect for the wedding, especially the family tree – it shows us how we’re a part of something much greater than ourselves!
